Organizational change succeeds or fails based on how effectively leaders engage and support the people impacted by the change. From Resistance to Readiness™ is a practical, full-day workshop that introduces leaders to the Prosci ADKAR® Model and provides proven strategies for leading employees through change. Whether implementing new technology, restructuring a department, or leading organizational transformation, participants will leave with practical tools to help their teams successfully navigate change. 

Participants will be able to: 

- Understand the human side of change and the common causes of employee resistance 

- Explain the five elements of the ADKAR® Model: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement 

- Identify where individuals and teams may be struggling within the change process 

- Apply ADKAR® principles to increase employee engagement, commitment, and adoption 

- Develop effective communication strategies that build trust and reduce uncertainty - Recognize the critical role leaders play in influencing employee readiness and change success 

- Create strategies to address resistance and support employees through transitions 

- Develop a practical action plan for leading current or future change initiatives using the ADKAR® framework 

- Increase the likelihood of achieving desired business outcomes through successful employee adoption and sustained change
