LS3P’S CHARLOTTE OFFICE RECOGNIZES OUTSTANDING TEAM MEMBERS

May 18, 2026, Charlotte, NC

LS3P congratulates 17 Charlotte team members who were recently recognized for exemplary efforts.

Senior Project Manager and Architect Sharon Huot, AIA, LEED AP, was named a Principal with the firm. Huot is an experienced project manager whose work includes investment commercial office towers, campus master planning, university facilities, community recreation centers, YMCAs, and parking structures. She serves as a trusted technical resource and mentor to architectural designers as they develop their careers at LS3P. Her notable projects include Legacy Union Deloitte Tower, YMCA Harris Expansion – Cato Education Center, and Appalachian State University Leon Levin Hall Health Sciences Complex.

Marketing Manager, Government & Industrial Jennifer Dillon was named an Associate Principal with the firm. Dillon has 30 years of A/E industry marketing experience and over 20 years focused on Department of Defense projects, Jennifer leads all stages of proposal preparation and final production in collaboration with LS3P’s Government & Industrial Market Leaders. This process requires an eye for meticulous detail, significant research, extensive knowledge of SF330 forms, and both technical and creative writing skills.

Higher Education Market Leader Krissy Ferguson, AIA, LEED AP was named an Associate Principal with the firm. Ferguson has multifaceted experience including working as a Senior Design and Construction Advisor for Universities within the UNC system. She brings a holistic understanding that bridges perspectives from owners and architects and has earned the role of trusted advisor to her numerous higher education clients.  

Project Manager Kyle Novak, AIA, CPD was named an Associate Principal with the firm. Novak focuses on K-12 educational design and is a key leader in delivering inclusive, high-performing learning environments across North Carolina. She brings analytical rigor and educational insight to her work, supporting thoughtful, outcomes-driven design solutions.

Senior Project Manager Nicole Goss, AIA was named an Associate Principal with the firm. Goss brings extensive experience with multi-family, commercial, institutional, retail and hospitality projects. Goss is actively engaged in professional and academic outreach as a professor at CPCC, helping shape the profession by informing emerging designers, education, and practice.

Industrial Market Leader Tyler Cole, AIA was named an Associate Principal with the firm. Cole has a strong skillset and a great conceptual understanding to the process of design, and she exudes a sense of pride and joy at being a part of LS3P. Tyler never hesitates to ask for more responsibilities to further herself as a design professional. 

National Government Market Leader Zachary Kane, RA, LEED AP, NCARB was named an Associate Principal with the firm. Kane serves as LS3P’s National Government Market Leader, guiding the firm’s strategic growth and vision across federal, state, and local government markets nationwide. Kane is known for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to align design teams around client goals, operational needs, and long-term value.

Senior Project Manager Amy Dominov, AIA, CPD; HR Manager, Talent & Experience Anna Epstein, SHRM-CP; Architect Emma Edmondson, AIA, NCARB; Architect Josh Kieb, AIA were recognized as Senior Associates.

Administrative Assistant Caroline Davis; Practice Professional Casey Revelle, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP BD+C; Business Development Professional David Swenson; Architect Eric Jackson, AIA, NCARB; Emerging Professional Karly O'Dell, Assoc. AIA; Interior Designer Megan Bass, RID, NCIDQ, IIDA were recognized as Associates.

Recognitions were announced at LS3P’s annual meeting on May 7, 2026, which is held each year in May to celebrate the anniversary of its founding.
