PEDIATRIC URGENT CARE OPENING SOON IN CHARLOTTE

KidsStreet Urgent Care Brings Pediatric Urgent Care to University!

Charlotte, NC., July 10th, 2025 – Coming soon to University! This Summer, KidsStreet Urgent Care opens its doors to provide quality healthcare services, just for kids.

Construction has begun on the new medical facility, located at 10039 University City Blvd, Charlotte, NC, 28262, HWY 85 plaza next to Sam’s Express. The facility will open on July 15^th with a Ribbon Cutting on July 17th and will celebrate its grand opening with “Back to School Bash” on August 9^th.

“We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve the kids and families of the University area,” said Sam Eskildsen, Chief Executive Officer. “As a father of two myself, I know that kids get sick or injured without regard to a schedule. When everywhere else is closed for the night or pediatricians are booked up, we want to provide parents with an alternative to a costly emergency room visit. Our hope is that offering patients quality care with convenient extended hours will help deliver some peace of mind.”

KidsStreet Urgent Care provides a variety of urgent care services for the entire family, newborns to accepted, including treatment for:

• Common illnesses like strep throat, flu, and RSV
• Infections like bronchitis, ear infection, and sinus infection
• Minor injuries like broken bones, sprains & twists, and sports injuries
• Allergic reactions, minor burns, eye injuries, and more!

KidsStreet also provides sports physicals with a three-day turnaround time, as well as several in-house lab tests.
