LS3P is pleased to announce that Krissy Ferguson, AIA, LEED AP has been named a Higher Education Market Leader within the firm. In this role, Ferguson will lead efforts to advance LS3P’s Higher Education market in the Charlotte region through strong client relationships, strategic growth, and the development of local talent. Ferguson will contribute to project development, share her expertise with teams, and support innovation in their market area.

Ferguson brings experience as an architect and project manager with a focus on higher education environments. Drawing on her time advising universities within the UNC system, she offers a balanced perspective that connects owner and design teams and supports thoughtful, collaborative project delivery.

Krissy Ferguson advances community and professional engagement through her leadership and service with CPN of North Carolina, where she serves as a Director and Officer of the Board and as a member.
