LS3P is pleased to announce that Ginny Magrath has been named a K-12 Market Leader within the firm. In this role, Magrath will lead efforts to advance LS3P’s K-12 education market in the Charlotte region through strong client relationships, strategic growth, and the development of local talent. Magrath will contribute to project development, share her expertise with teams, and support innovation in their market area.

An integral member of the K-12 market, Ginny Magrath supports the architectural design process from early planning and programming through project completion. She conducts field investigations, analyzes space needs, researches building codes and technical requirements to inform design decisions. An attentive listener, she translates client input into thoughtful solutions and clear presentation graphics that communicate space and design intent.

Magrath is actively engaged in her profession and the local community, contributing leadership and service to organizations focused on education and outreach. She serves as President-Elect of the North Carolina chapter of the Association for Learning Environments and as a SchoolsNEXT Director, following previous service as chapter Secretary. At LS3P, she supports the Network of Women ERG and the K-12 Practice Area Committee and volunteers with ACE Mentorship, her church, and the Charlotte Rescue Mission.
