For 88 years, Lions Services has played a vital role in empowering the blind and visually impaired community in Charlotte through our Workforce Development Program in a manufacturing facility producing military textile apparel for the US troops. Our Mission: Empowering people who are blind to achieve personal and economic independence by providing them with vocational rehabilitation and employment opportunities. We have just launched a new commercial product - Lions Foaming Hand Soap in various scents. This new soap line creates jobs for the blind community.
