Created by actor, comedy performer, and coach Brian Lafontaine (hi, that’s me), Speak Easy Virtual brings the same energy, creativity, and connection of our live Charlotte event… straight to your screen. Whether you’re prepping a keynote, refining your story, or just trying to speak without your heart doing parkour: this is your place. It’s part workshop, part show, and all heart. A space where speakers can show up, mess up, and grow without judgment. 

Here’s how it works: 

6 Speakers each get 5 minutes to share their talk, story, or idea in progress. Real-time coaching + feedback from Brian 

24 Spectators join to watch, support, and learn from the transformations that unfold. 

Hosted live from Brian’s in-studio Speak Easy bar: complete with jazzy vibes, good lighting, and plenty of encouragement. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being heard. It's about connecting with an audience. And sometimes, the biggest transformations happen...right there in front of you.
