The Self-Aware Leader™ is an interactive workshop designed to help leaders better understand their emotions, behaviors, strengths, and blind spots and how they influence others. Through practical exercises and self-reflection, you will learn how emotional intelligence impacts communication, decision-making, relationships, conflict management, and leadership effectiveness. You will leave with strategies to strengthen self-awareness, build stronger relationships, and create a more positive and productive work environment.

- Understand the key components of emotional intelligence and their impact on leadership effectiveness 

- Increase self-awareness by recognizing personal strengths, triggers, and behavioral patterns
