This workshop is for employees who manage people. The cost includes the $150 DiSC® Management Assessment Tool and a 20-page report. The assessment will be sent to you at least 9 days prior to the workshop and must be completed at least 3 days prior in order for the facilitator to be ready. Participants who do not complete the assessment by the deadline will be asked to participate in an alternate class.   Great managers understand that employees are not motivated, coached or communicated with in the same way. This interactive workshop will help you to understand your own management style and learn how to adapt your approach to effectively lead employees with different work styles, needs, motivations, and communication preferences.
