The Ultimate Sweet & Savory Eco-Festival: Buzzin' Honey Harvest & Fin-tastic Fish Fry Bonanza Featuring Crispy Tilapia, Honey-Infused Delights, Zesty Salads, and Desserts – All While Championing Sustainability and the Circular Economy with Every Bite! Join Us for a Bee-autiful Feast of Epic Proportions that Combines Delicious Food, Eco-Friendly Fun, and a Celebration of Local, Sustainable Practices!

The event is free to attend, however, if you like a plate of deliciousness you will need a ticket!

$35/Plate

Beer Battered Tilapia, Coleslaw, Malt Vinegar & Tarter Sauce, Adrina Farms Salad

Roasted Acorn Squash, Pumpkin Seeds, Dried Cranberries, Lemon Poppy Vinaigrette

French Fries Thyme & Truffle Aioli, Honey Glazed Granny Smith Apple Tarts, Tea or Lemonade (beer and wine available for purchase)

$50/Plate – the above plus a pound of HONEY!

$250/Plate – the above plus a leaf on our donor tree! You will be able to select your own leaf, customize it and pick your leaf location!

Thanks to Lowe’s Hometown Grant you will experience an exterior renovation that includes amazing new artwork created by local artists, beautiful natural landscaping, a cool new water feature and many other exciting features.

Work with artist Amy Hart to create your unique element that will be added to the new exterior, contributing to a collaborative and creative public art display!

Thanks to Ally - from 6 – 7 pm make your own candle using the wax from our bees, until the wax runs out!

Additional activites –

Change Please will be hosting a coffee-tasting session where participants can sample different brews and use a flavor wheel to guess the flavor notes of each coffee. It’s a fun, interactive activity that will engage your senses and deepen your appreciation for the complexities of coffee.

Join The Bulb’s fun activity, where you can test your produce knowledge by guessing the weight of various fruits and vegetables! It’s a great way to engage with fresh, local produce while learning more about healthy eating.

Join 100 Gardens for a tour of their aquaponics lab and discover how they raise tilapia while growing sustainable produce in a closed-loop system!

Springclean is excited to host a vintage pop-up shop, where attendees can explore unique items and engage in hands-on activities showcasing the various ways we repurpose materials.

Join Waxhaw Worm Farm as they guide you through the process of building a worm bag and provide tips on how to care for your worms. For $25, you'll get to take home a ready-to-use bag—just add worms!
