Description

The webinars are about 40 minutes, but typically requires an extra 15 minutes for questions. 

The program includes: 

• An overview of the residential curbside recycling process in Mecklenburg county. 
• Challenges and costs of improper recycling. How residents can help! 
• What is and is not recyclable. 
• Interactive/fun game to solidify learning and clarify common misinformation. 
• Ample time for Q&A/dialogue.

The presentation will be given by Mecklenburg County Residential Recycling Educators, Walker Spruill and Maitri Meyer of Actually Done. They have been sustainability enthusiasts for years and both have a strong passion to educate others on reduced consumption and proper recycling.
