This program provides participants with the financial literacy that is becoming an increasingly important skill in a healthcare environment characterized by complex financial structures, cost pressures, and the need for profitable care  delivery.  Providers with an understanding of financial statements are better equipped to make sound decisions, manage resources efficiently, maximize revenue, ensure compliance, and contribute to the overall financial health of their organization.
