This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or necessary.

This requires the specialist to communicate with our Law Offices and Collection Agencies. These agencies handle the past due accounts within a Homeowner’s Association. We ensure the Law Office knows which accounts are in their possession and withdraw accounts that have been closed. We also work with the home owner to create payment plans. You will be required to speak with the home owner via email and phone to discuss questions and concerns over the closing of their home. We will also discuss their HOA account regarding the closing and be willing to assist in sending documents, insurance information, and other oddities.
