Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
• Perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, and barbering as needed.
• Utilize Phorest software for appointment scheduling, client management, and transaction processing.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and promote salon growth.
• Mentor junior stylists and support their professional development within the salon.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience with Phorest software is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of various hair techniques including cutting, coloring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in the field of hairstyling.
