Virtual School, Childcare, and Work Schedules---the Current Workplace Dilemma
Virtual School, Childcare, and Work Schedules---the Current Workplace Dilemma
Thursday, November 5, 2020 (8:30 AM - 9:30 AM) (EST)
Description
Many parents are struggling as their children are attending school virtually, and potentially being at home alone----while the parent has to go to a worksite to perform job duties. Parents who work for companies with less than 500 employees may have protections under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)---do you understand that law? But what if those protections have expired, or you work for a larger company? What can companies do to assist working parents of school aged children?
