Description
Join us for an engaging conversation with State Auditor Dave Boliek began as an Assistant District Attorney in Cumberland County, where he prosecuted crimes in District and Superior Courts, and as a litigator practicing in State and Federal Courts. As Chairman of UNC-Chapel Hill Board of Trustees, Boliek led the effort to eliminate the university’s operating deficit and created the Board of Trustees’ first Audit and Risk Committee. During the meeting, Auditor Boliek and Bryan Holladay will discuss what exactly auditors do, their processes, and its impacts on the city.
The Public Policy Committee is Local Politics for Non-Political People – it is a great place to learn, be social, and become engaged.
