Join the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the grand opening and ribbon ceremony of Nichols Landing by Mungo Homes on Oct. 22, 2026! The new townhome community highlights modern living that meets everyday convenience and offers 286 thoughtfully designed homes ranging from 1,456 to 2,354 square feet.  

This event features a fall festival-themed ceremony with lunch, prizes, and tours of the homes or models! Guests are invited to come out, connect with fellow chamber members, community leaders, clients, partners, and neighbors as we officially celebrate the occasion.
