Leadership, Life and Mental Health Coach at Tricycle Coaching Consulting and Training
Shamar is a Navy Veteran, Pastor, Leadership, Life and Mental Health Coach. For the last 15 years he has worked in corporate, non-profit, government consulting and leadership development spaces to help individuals develop mental, emotional, and spiritual resilience towards preventing burnout. He is passionate about helping individuals take control of their narrative and feel like they are the hero of their story. Shamar is the CEO and founder of Tricycle CCT and was named among the top 20 coaches in Charlotte NC. He also holds degrees in Organizational Leadership and Management, Psychology and Practical Theology from Regent University as well as a Certificate of Lay Counseling from Gordon Conwell.

Player-coach, business transformation leader, strategist and operations expert and board member with more than 30 years of global and multi-cultural experience. Julian has experience in building and growing new businesses, developing talent, and enabling corporate executives to harness change towards superior revenue growth, operating efficiency, continuous improvement and stakeholder value.
Julian is resilient, agile and highly skilled at continuous learning and personal reinvention. He leverages his multi-cultural and multi-lingual background, with a passion for innovation to facilitate creative problem solving and talent development.
Carin Ross Johnson, ACC
Carin Ross Johnson has broad and extensive experience in management consulting, strategy and initiatives, global operations, operational excellence, human resources, talent and leadership development.
She is currently a Global Talent Executive and Executive Coach for the Enterprise Executive Development Program in Global Human Resources. In her current role, Carin partners with Bank of America’s senior leaders to prepare them for future roles. Through one-on-one and small group format she helps them to realize and sustain full performance potential through personalized assessment, development planning, executive coaching, and connecting them to various learning resources and experiences.
Tracey Greene-Washington
Tracey Greene-Washington is the president of Indigo Innovation Group, a consulting firm dedicated to serving as a strategic thought-partner, advisor, strategist, coach and consultant to philanthropic, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations committed to accelerating change through system-level approaches, equity, and strategic collaboration. She is the founder of CoThinkk, a BIPOC led social change philanthropy as well as a social entrepreneur and co-owner of No Grease Northlake and No Grease Premium, franchisees under No Grease Inc. and Co-CEO of Razored Technologies.
Throughout her career she’s led high-level initiatives that address complex issues and gained a reputation as an innovative leader that is committed to partnering with organizations and communities to be more impactful by targeting systemic change, taking risk, and accelerating efforts at the intersection of community economic development, health, education, and leadership development.
