Description

Leading through the Age of Uncertainty

We live in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) age. Leaders are consistently facing unprecedented challenges such as work-from-home policies, AI, political polarity, and mental health at work, just to name a few.

Business owners and leaders are finding that navigating this VUCA world is increasingly difficult – or is it?

Join us at the upcoming Networking and Education Series hosted by the Charlotte Area Chamber and International Coaching Federation of Charlotte on November 16th.

A talented panel of speakers and coaches will share their insights and expertise on how to thrive in this VUCA world. Through interactive discussions and practical strategies, you will learn how to adapt and lead with confidence in the face of uncertainty.
