Erin has over 20 years of human resources and benefits experience in various industries including retail, engineering, high tech, telecommunications, insurance, construction, veterinary medicine, and marketing. She has held several senior-level positions focusing on compensation and benefits, strategic planning, compliance, recruiting and training.

Erin is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Erin also holds her health and life insurance license and is a current member of NAHU.

Erin teaches compensation and benefits at UNCC and is a Charlotte Area Society of Human Resources (CASHRM) Past President.

In her free time, Erin can be found baking with her family and hiking local trails.
