Navigating Tax Laws and Opportunities 

The Charlotte Area Chamber is hosting a session for small businesses to learn about many of their options for coping with the financial stresses brought on by COVID-19. Led by Charlotte small business owner and Certified Public Accountant, Jennifer Sullivan, the session will help small businesses:

• Navigate tax laws and opportunities within the tax code
• Learn about PPP loan forgiveness
• Identify the documentation required for loans and grants
• Determine the entity type (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, LLC, et al) that best suits them

The session will be an opportunity for those in the Charlotte small business community to ask questions and to learn from an expert so that they can better navigate some of the financial stresses brought on and amplified by COVID-19.
