Hannah F Little

Hannah F. Little is a nationally recognized immigration law practitioner certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, the highest level of certification available in the state. She’s represented employers and employees in a variety of industries and has extensive experience with the various nonimmigrant work visa options as well as the employment based green card process. 

Hannah is a frequent speaker for the national immigration law bar through the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA), serving as a subject matter expert on employment-based immigration issues, legal technology, and law firm practice management. She is also the Chair of the National AILA Innovation & Technology Committee.

Nam Douglass has practiced immigration law since 2011 and is certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar—the highest level of certification available in the state.

Nam has extensive experience preparing both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for a broad range of employers and employees across various industries. Nam also regularly advises employers on worksite compliance, including best practices and adherence to I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
