David Koster is a business consultant and contract services provider focusing on employer-employee experiences. He works with startups and small businesses to build processes and tools so they can best recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate the performance of their employees.

Before opening his company, Team Learning Services, LLC in 2018, David spent 21 years as a corporate learning and development professional and freelance instructional designer. He also has 8 years as a secondary science and math teacher and baseball coach.
