Andreas Schuhmacher
A Neumann & Associates | Business Broker

Andreas Schuhmacher has held senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and General Business Administration for over 28 years. He helped a large Medical Disposables Company establish their business in North, Central and South America. He was instrumental in building distribution networks and sales organizations. He has helped service and distribution businesses overcome challenges in Sales, Marketing and Operations, and he has been involved in several acquisitions. Andreas holds Real Estate licenses in North and South Carolina.

Andreas earned his master’s degree in economics in Germany, and he is a dual citizen. He has called the Charlotte area home for over 20 years, and he and his wife are raising two boys in Fort Mill, SC. Andreas is actively involved in the Rotary Club and his local community. His hobbies are sailing and classical music, and he has been a singer with the Charlotte Master Chorale for over 20 years.

Her contributions were acknowledged when she was honored as the Local Business Person of 2021 by Alignable.

Throughout her illustrious career in broadcast journalism, spanning various roles such as news director, anchor, and reporter in the Carolinas' top radio stations, Dianne has earned numerous accolades at local, state, regional, and national levels.

Dianne's passion for education led her to serve as an adjunct professor at esteemed institutions such as UNC-Charlotte, Winthrop University, the University of Bucharest in Romania, and Knoxville Business College.

Having co-founded two media relations consulting firms, Dianne has been instrumental in assisting individuals and organizations of all scales in managing their media and stakeholder communication needs. Notably, her contributions to C4CS, LLC, include swift on-site crisis response and ongoing strategic communication counsel, alongside media and crisis communication training for senior executives.

Dianne's leadership extends to her roles as the immediate past Chair of the International Association of Business Communicators and past Chair of IABC Southern Region, as well as President of IABC Charlotte. She has also made significant contributions as a longstanding board member of the Radio-Television Digital News Association of the Carolinas, where she served as the first female President, completing two terms.


Tom Elliott, Business and Executive Coach

Tom Elliott is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach specializing in helping mortgage originators improve their time management and increase production revenue.

Before joining FocalPoint, Tom worked for over 35 years in mortgage sales and trading at several prominent Wall Street firms in senior leadership roles. He has a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding revenue targets. Tom has strong personal and analytical skills combined with market knowledge to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Tom has an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from New York University (NYU). In his spare time, Tom has a passion for mountain climbing, cycling, and reading.
