Join us for a Communications Series: Navigating Difficult Conversations with John Lowe from Ty Boyd at Strayer University.

Communication between human beings is challenging.  When the topic of conversation is a difficult one for either or both parties, the addition of an emotional component makes this situation even more of a challenge.

This talk will provide proven-successful tips, tactics, and strategies to manage these difficult conversations.  Among the topics covered will be:

• Understanding the role of personality styles
• Being an intentional listener
• Templates to help format your thoughts.
• The keys to managing difficult conversations
