Join us for an interactive presentation and dialogue on how to Recycle Right. The program includes:

1. An overview of the residential curbside recycling process in Meck and surrounding counties.
2. Challenges and costs of improper recycling. How residents can help!
3. What is and is not recyclable.
4. Interactive/fun game to solidify learning and clarify common mis-information.
5. Audience Q&A

The presentation will be given by Mecklenburg County’s Waste Reduction Educator, Maitri Meyer. She has been a sustainability enthusiast for over 25 years and has a strong passion to educate others on reduced consumption, recycling and renewable energy.

*Maitri is an independent contractor hired by Meck County through her Actually Done business (and active Chamber member!)
