Recently, we partnered with Deacon Food Services, a local Charlotte-based business, to elevate their brand visibility and create a cohesive look for their property. This project involved designing, fabricating, and installing tenant signage on a pylon, refacing the sign cabinet above their entrance, and adding custom window graphics. Each element worked together to amplify Deacon Food Services’ presence and communicate their professionalism.

Enhancing Visibility with Tenant Signage

One of the project’s main goals was to improve Deacon Food Services’ visibility in the Greylyn Office Park. To achieve this, we updated their presence on a shared pylon sign by designing and fabricating custom tenant panels. These panels prominently featured the company’s logo and branding, ensuring they stand out to passing vehicles and pedestrians alike.

To fix this, we replaced the face of the sign with a sleek, updated design that showcases their logo with bold colors and a clean layout.
