Gail McHugh is an accomplished PR strategist and communications leader. As an APR-certified Partner at Forge Communications, she leverages her extensive healthcare and outreach experience to steer integrated communication strategies for a diverse roster of clients—anchoring the firm's reputation in the Carolina region and beyond.

Rebecca Bross is the Senior Development Manager at the American Cancer Society (ACS), based in Charlotte, NC. In her role as a dedicated development leader at ACS in Charlotte, she spearheads local fundraising, volunteer coordination, and community outreach. Her efforts directly support patients and families through practical aid, while also amplifying research, equity, and awareness in cancer care.

Margaret Donovan is a certified Integrative Health Coach, Human Potential Coach, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She specializes in helping individuals transform their health and regain vitality through personalized, holistic coaching.

Margaret's passion for health and wellness was ignited early in life, growing up on an urban farm in New Hampshire where she learned the value of whole, natural foods. This foundation led her to earn a degree in Health Promotions and pursue advanced certifications in health coaching. Her approach is rooted in the belief that small, sustainable changes can lead to profound improvements in overall well-being.

Through her practice, Donovan Coaching, Margaret offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their health goals. She employs a collaborative process that includes goal setting, data gathering, and active coaching sessions, tailored to each individual's needs. Her clients appreciate her empathetic listening and ability to guide them toward their own solutions, fostering lasting change.

Margaret is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Charlotte, contributing to community engagement and wellness initiatives.

4Ever Young Charlotte will be led by co-owners Derrick and Jennise Kelson.  Derrick and Jennise Kelson, a dynamic duo with a combined vision to revolutionize the anti-aging and wellness industry. With a shared passion for health and a wealth of professional experience, Derrick and Jennise are poised to deliver exceptional care and services to the Charlotte community.

Derrick Kelson brings a wealth of expertise and over 26 years of experience in the financial industry, culminating in his retirement from MetLife. Derrick is well-equipped to steer the business toward success with an MBA and certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER. His accolades include being recognized by Diversity MBA Magazine as one of the top 100 executives under 50, a testament to his leadership and strategic acumen. Before his financial career, Derrick also showcased his talents on the football field as a professional player for the New York Jets and San Diego Chargers, and is an active member of the NFL Alumni Association Carolina Chapter, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Phi Psi Chapter, Boys and Girls Club Funding committee, and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.  Derrick is looking forward to trading in his shoulder pads and financial calculator for the opportunity to immerse himself in the science of Anti – Aging and wellness.  The same tenacity that once drove him to chase down wide receivers now fueled his quest for Anti-Aging and wellness.

Jennise Kelson, DNP, CRNA, brings over two decades of invaluable experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to the forefront of 4Ever Young Charlotte. With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a commitment to ongoing education, Jennise is highly skilled in anesthesia and possesses expertise in aesthetic medicine. Her dedication to patient care extends beyond the operating room, as she actively teaches life-saving techniques and emergency preparedness training to healthcare providers. Currently pursuing certification as an Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Jennise is committed to expanding her knowledge and enhancing patient outcomes in anti-aging and wellness.

As equal partners in the business, Derrick will serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), overseeing financial management, operations, marketing, and employee and customer engagement.

• Pre-doctoral internship completed in DeKalb County GA Public Schools, GSU TBI Transition Program, and at the Emory Center for Learning and Attention
• Kirk Dornbush Post-doctoral Fellowship in Developmental Neuropsychology at Georgia State University, with participation in ongoing research at Egleston and Scottish Rite Children's Hospitals (now Children's Healthcare of Atlanta), and at GSU.

• APIT and IPC credentials for inter-jurisdictional practice via telehealth and in-person in 40+ states
• Fellow of both the National Academy of Neuropsychology and Sports Neuropsychology Society.

• I have worked in public and private settings, provided academic and clinical training at graduate and post-graduate levels, and lectured locally, nationally, and internationally. 
•  Concussion management at all levels of sport from pee-wees to pros, including Independent Neuropsychological Consultant for MLS, WPS, NHL/AHL, Major League Rugby, AAA baseball, and professional lacrosse teams. 
• Participation in NIH-funded Dyslexia research teams in New Haven, Boston, Atlanta, and Toronto, and 
• Director of MCAT Accommodated Testing, and consultant to College Board and ACT
