Cassandra Moore is an ICF Credentialed Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Her coaching approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins from within. Through her proprietary three-step ACT Framework, Cassandra guides clients through a process of discovery, clarity, and action:

I am a senior Human Resources Leader and Executive Coach with more than 25 years of experience partnering with executive and operational leaders to strengthen team performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. I have served as a trusted HR Business Partner across Fortune 500, mid-sized, startup, and nonprofit organizations, supporting leaders through workforce planning, organizational design, change initiatives, and talent strategy.
My work focuses on helping leaders navigate real business challenges by aligning teams, clarifying expectations, improving accountability, and leading effectively in fast-paced environments. I am known for building trusted relationships, bringing clarity to complex people issues, and translating business priorities into practical leadership actions that improve results.
My leadership approach is grounded in coaching. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Coach, and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI-MP). Coaching is not separate from my HR experience, it is how I help leaders make better decisions, communicate more directly, and lead through others rather than carrying the work themselves.
In addition to my corporate work, I have served in several leadership and board roles, including President and Immediate Past President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Philadelphia Chapter and Board Secretary for the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Philadelphia.
Making a difference matters and I am able to do this by providing transformational core energy coaching designed to liberate my clients from self-imposed limiting beliefs. My goal is to address the needs of the underserved or anyone who is uncomfortable in the current climate with the choices afforded to them.
