About Our President & Founder
Monique Powell is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP) with a distinguished career spanning telecommunication, IT, FinTech, and banking. She has successfully led project management initiatives at top corporations, including Sprint Nextel, Key Bank, Finastra, and CoEnterprise.
As the Founder of Think PMO LLC, Monique established a consulting firm specializing in strategic project management, business challenge assessment, and PMP certification training. Her dedication to professional development is evident in her leadership and mentorship efforts.
Recognized for her expertise, Monique was featured on The PMO Huddle podcast, where she shared insights on leading project management teams and overcoming industry challenges. She holds a PMP® certification and actively engages with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Atlanta chapter, reinforcing her commitment to the profession.
Monique earned an M.S. in Strategic Leadership & Organizational Behavior and a B.A. in Business Administration from Mountain State University, showcasing her dedication to leadership and business excellence. Beyond her professional pursuits, Monique is a licensed Christian minister and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., demonstrating her passion for service and community engagement. A devoted wife and mother of four, she cherishes time with family and loved ones.
