Phoenixfire is a Brand Systems Engineering practice. We work with companies that have outgrown the systems they started with — where growth has stalled and nobody can quite see why. Rather than treating brand as decoration, we treat it as infrastructure: identity, messaging, and revenue systems engineered together as one connected build, not sold as separate deliverables. Most clients are $5–50M in revenue, running operations that look or run like a much smaller company than they actually are. We start with a diagnostic — the Friction Audit — that names and quantifies what's actually costing growth before any fix is proposed.
