Who We Serve

Those Who Protect and Serve 

We thank those who a serving our communities, providing emergency service, protection and safety on a daily basis. One Yard Away specializes in providing support to those injured in the line of duty.

Military Deployments and Disabled

We proudly support those serving our country. For the families of active-duty military fighting for freedom and disabled veterans, we recognize that lawn care is last on the priority list. One Yard Away is here to provide temporary support of outdoor home care during these times.

Sudden Health Conditions and Hospitalizations

There are times in our lives where we have to put family first and lawn care is the last of our concerns. We are dedicated to helping short-term needs of those who are personally impacted by sudden health conditions that arise in the family.

Where We Serve

We proudly serve Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and select locations in Union and Cabarrus counties. Our mission is to continue to expand beyond the greater-Charlotte area and into surrounding counties, states, and even across the country.

Volunteer Events

Help One Yard Away serve neighbors in need by volunteering at an event. Volunteers will be able to help people in their communities with basic lawncare services, general cleanup, trimming, and mulch.

Monthly Community Volunteer Events

Our next monthly community volunteer event is scheduled for September 2025 due to summer heat considerations. Check back soon for specifics.
