Aging is a journey we all experience, whether personally or through the lives of our loved ones. For me, this journey has been deeply personal and professionally transformative. I’ve witnessed firsthand the various paths aging can take: one grandparent transitioned
through a skilled nursing facility, another spent their final years in an assisted living facility, and another aged in place at home, ultimately passing peacefully under hospice care. While aging at home was a comfort to my grandparent, it took an immense
burden on my mother, who took a six-month sabbatical to provide full-time care. Watching her navigate that physical and emotional strain left a lasting impression on me, highlighting the profound challenges families face in caring for their aging loved ones.

Criminal Background Check: We run full criminal background checks on every independent caregiver we place.
Employment History & Verification: Our background check verifies that each independent caregiver we place has the legal right to work as well as a verifying their references and employment history.
Credentials & Experience: We make sure that all independent caregivers we place have extensive experience. We place private caregivers with verified credentials, like HHA, CNA or other such credentials.
Liability Insurance: We cover our placements with liability insurance and occupational accident insurance.
