Firm Foundations is a Charlotte based nonprofit organization whose mission is to educate, expose, and empower under-resourced youth and their families by providing transformative mentoring and enrichment programs that build confidence, resilience, and self-sufficiency—equipping them to thrive in school, life, and society. Through group mentoring, one-on-one support, and out-of-school-time programs, we create pathways to lasting success.
