LaTrice Davis is a former professional bodybuilder and mental health professional who is devoted to teaching women in leadership how to Live ‘FIT’,  Fully Invested in Transformation, so they continue to make a greater impact in life, both personally and professionally. 

As a survivor of divorce, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, she has become a conduit of change, with a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and expertise in the power of personal transformation. She embodies the belief that one can transform their entire life by simply training their mind.

She has used health and fitness to not only demonstrate this change in her own life, but also in the lives of others, as she shares the principles she’s learned along the way. 

She infuses the art of building physical muscle with the concept of personal growth and development, to create a paradigm shift in all areas of life. She has discovered three simple things, that any individual can control, that will literally change the trajectory of their life.

It is her desire to redefine fitness. She will often be heard saying “fitness is more than just about losing weight and looking good; it’s less about reshaping your body and more about rewiring your mind. Your appearance just the bonuses earned by all the hard work.”

LaTrice holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a dual certification in Health and Life Coaching, but more importantly she is a real woman, living a real life, dedicated to inspiring real women to create the life they most desire.

One of her favorite reminders is, ‘even if you think your life is good, better is always available.’
