Blain Elliott is the founder of Compath Solutions, a Charlotte-based CLEC specializing in dark fiber infrastructure and point-to-point connectivity. With over 25 years in the utility and telecom sector, Blain has built a reputation for bridging the gap between construction, coordination, and high-performance telecom networks. He is also part-owner of CUEVAC, LLC, a vacuum excavation service, and serves as a senior project leader at STS Cable Services.
Blain prioritizes long-term relationships over short-term gains—earning trust by focusing on transparency, reliability, and real-world results. He works closely with developers, municipalities, and businesses to design fiber networks that offer lasting performance and true independence from legacy telecom models.
Outside of work, Blain enjoys traveling with his wife and two children and stays actively engaged in shaping Charlotte’s infrastructure and innovation landscape.
