Bierman Autism Centers is a center-based provider of autism therapy serving children ages 18 months to 9 years in Cary and the greater Triangle. Families come to us looking for one thing: real, visible progress. We're built to deliver it.
A teaching hospital for ABA. Bierman operates with a dual focus: exceptional outcomes for children and exceptional development for clinicians. Progress is measured consistently, plans adjust quickly when something is not working, and children keep moving forward. Families experience clarity, momentum, and partnership at every step.
Services offered at our Cary center:
- ABA Therapy: Evidence-based, play-powered therapy that builds communication, independence, and confidence.
- Speech Therapy: Individualized support for language, articulation, social communication, and AAC.
- Occupational Therapy: Daily living skills, sensory regulation, and fine and gross motor development.
- Autism Diagnostic Services: Comprehensive evaluations that help families understand their child's needs and plan a clear path forward.
Outcomes you can see. Since 2006, Bierman has celebrated 375+ graduations, with over 60% of graduates transitioning into a general education setting. Caseloads are capped at 7 and 87% of clinical supervision is delivered onsite, so quality is protected by design.
Rooted in the Cary community. Our Cary center regularly hosts free sensory-friendly events throughout the year, from Sensory Santa to Reptile Adventures, designed to welcome neurodivergent children and their families in a calm, supportive environment.
