Primary Care

Our Adult Medicine Program are dedicated to providing our patients with comprehensive healthcare options. Primary care services include physical exams, vaccinations, anxiety and depression screenings, chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension), and referrals for specialty care. Adult healthcare is offered at all our clinic locations.

Children's Health

AxcessPointe offers a wide range of comprehensive primary care, dental, and support services to our pediatric patients and their families, including:

• Well-Child visits
• Immunizations
• School and sports physicals
• Sick visits
• Urgent Care

Urgent Care

Our Urgent Care Clinic provides urgent medical attention for patients with an illness, minor injury, or infection. Patients of AxcessPointe can be seen at Urgent Care on a walk-in or same day appointment basis. Please note this is not an emergency department. If you are experiencing a medical emergency (life-threatening symptoms) please call 911 or go immediately to your nearest Emergency Department.

Women’s Health

Our excellent Women’s Health providers offer women’s well-care services, such as gynecological exams and well-woman visits. AxcessPointe free pregnancy tests at all of our sites on a walk-in basis or by appointment.

AxcessPointe offers a wide-range of oral health services for your whole family. We have a dedicated team of dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants here to address your oral health needs and provide you with excellent care. The services that we provide include preventative, emergency, restorative, and dentures/partials. These services are offered to the whole family. Whether your child just got their first tooth, or you are interested in getting dentures we want to provide excellent oral care to you:
