Rebrand Statement
After years of serving our community as Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, we are entering an exciting new chapter.
We are proud to introduce our new name, AxcessPointe Health System. This rebrand reflects our continued commitment to expanding access to quality, compassionate healthcare for the communities we serve across Cabarrus County, Rowan County, and Mecklenburg County. While our name is evolving, our mission remains the same: positively impacting the health of our community, one patient at a time.
Patient Services
Adult Health
Our Adult Medicine Program are dedicated to providing our patients with comprehensive healthcare options. Primary care services include physical exams, vaccinations, anxiety and depression screenings, chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension), and referrals for specialty care. Adult healthcare is offered at all our clinic locations.
Children Health
AxcessPointe offers a wide range of comprehensive primary care, dental, and support services to our pediatric patients and their families, including:
- Well-Child visits
- Immunizations
- School and sports physicals
- Sick visits
- Urgent Care
Urgent Care
Our Urgent Care Clinic provides urgent medical attention for patients with an illness, minor injury, or infection. Patients of AxcessPointe can be seen at Urgent Care on a walk-in or same day appointment basis. Please note this is not an emergency department. If you are experiencing a medical emergency (life-threatening symptoms) please call 911 or go immediately to your nearest Emergency Department.
Women’s Health
Our excellent Women’s Health providers offer women’s well-care services, such as gynecological exams and well-woman visits. AxcessPointe free pregnancy tests at all of our sites on a walk-in basis or by appointment.

At AxcessPointe, we understand that good health is not just about treating physical ailments. That’s why we offer a range of behavioral health services in English and Spanish to support the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. Our team of licensed clinical professionals are trained to provide compassionate care and evidence-based treatments for a variety of mental health conditions. We offer individual and group therapy sessions, as well as medication management for those who require it.

Mammography Services
AxcessPointe offers mammography services via in-house mammography and mobile mammography. AxcessPointe has executed an agreement with Edge Diagnostics and added Dr. Travis Henderson Radiologist to the organization to conduct screening mammograms at McGill Family Medicine, which started in January 2024.
Mammography services are available weekly at McGill Family Medicine. Mobile mammography services are available through partnership with Invision Diagnostic. Mobile mammography is available quarterly in China Grove or Sugar Creek Health Center. Mammography is the most accurate method of detecting breast cancer in its early stages.
