Caregiver Mental Wellness
Caregiver Mental Wellness, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit with a dual‑purpose mission perpetuated through awareness, education, and advocacy initiatives: we provide keynote speaking, training, workshops, and well‑being resources for parents and caregivers in the public sector, and we deliver strategic solutions that help businesses support the 70% of parents and other caregivers who make up today’s modern workforce. Our programs and products strengthen families and workplaces, improve emotional capacity, and help organizations transform into caring work environments that enhance retention, reduce stress‑related costs, improve productivity, and promote work‑life harmony.
Founded by CEO Carolyn Dowdy — “Transforming Workplaces. Strengthening Families.” — a Workforce Burnout Strategist, keynote speaker, trainer, consultant, and caregiver advocate with eighteen years of lived experience. Carolyn is a recognized thought leader and retired VP of HR/Training, supported by eight years of research on the parent and caregiver social crisis and its impact on families, communities, and the workforce. Her expertise helps businesses adapt to demographic shifts, build resilient cultures where employees thrive at work and at home, and strengthen their ability to retain top talent and compete globally.
