She spent 13 years as the opening Director of Sales for Homewood Suites by Hilton in Davidson, North Carolina, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the hotel’s success. Her expertise extends across renowned hospitality brands, including Embassy Suites by Hilton, Residence Inn by Marriott, and Sheraton. Today, Cristal serves as the Director of Sales for Hyatt Centric SouthPark, an upscale, AAA Four Diamond full-service hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jana Fowler
After graduating with a degree in Finance (and a concentration in Risk Management & Insurance) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Jana entered the claims world. Starting in material damage claims, she segued into bodily injury claims and landed specializing in material misrepresentations claims. After seeing the coverage issues insureds face when they’re not properly prepared or sufficiently covered in a loss, she decided to move to the agency side to provide better support.
At Community One Insurance, Jana has continued to grow, assist and educate customers on insurance tailored to their needs. Jana is an active member of BNI, the Charlotte Area Chamber, and is co-chair of the 2025 Women in Business group through the Charlotte Area Chamber. She continues to focus and support like-minded businesswomen, and advocates for women's financial literacy.

Beth Loughery
Beth grew up in Northern Virginia and got her start in real estate in the mid-1980’s when she became a licensed Broker/Realtor. Six years later, she transitioned into corporate relocation as an acquisition/consultant for a national relo firm and, as the saying goes, the rest is history. For over 30 years, Beth’s work in the relocation and residential real estate industry has spanned throughout the world.
After spending her first decade in real estate/relocation working in Virginia, Maryland and the Washington, DC area, Beth moved to Charlotte in 1998, at the urging of her best friend and spent 15 years with FUNB/Wachovia/Wells Fargo as a Relocation consultant/Manager. She moved back to Charlotte from Northern Virginia (prior to a long visit with friends in Florida) where she was the Global Relocation Manager for DXC Technology. Beth joined Corcoran HM Properties in early 2021 as the Director of Relocation and Corporate Services. She has earned her industry certifications of Senior Certified Relocation Professional(SCRP) and Senior Global Mobility Specialist(SGMS) from the relocation trade association, Worldwide Employee Relocation Council(WERC).
Beth truly enjoys helping clients to ensure a smooth moving transition so they can be successful in their new city or country. She has a tremendous knowledge of the relocation industry and has a large network of contacts throughout the world.
Beth lives in South Charlotte with her two Bearded Collies, Bailey and Beau. She has enjoyed volunteering at Levine Children’s Hospital and Mercy Hospital doing pet therapy for patients. Beth is also an aunt/godmother to six wonderful nieces and nephews, an avid Washington Commanders Football Team fan and loves vacationing on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina.
