Tish serves as the Business Development Manager for Pro-Tint, a solution based business providing specialty window film for residential homes, commercial buildings, and the automotive and motorsports sectors.  Pro-Tint launched 35 years ago and is proud of its exceptional customer service, quality products, and its position as an industry leader.

Prior to joining Pro-Tint in February 2021, Tish served as an Executive Show Manager for Southern Shows for almost 23 years.  She spent time in the Women’s Show Division overseeing the Southern Women’s Show Charlotte and Richmond. She provided the Internal Communications for the Department and oversaw the bi-annual company meetings. She has served on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Charlotte and The Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte.

Tish is married to her husband Jim They enjoy traveling, reading, volunteering, cooking, sports, and wine tastings.

I am an Area Partner with CarolinasNOW and  Celebration Marketing. Two innovative and impactful marketing platforms that reach over 250,000 homes across the Charlotte Metro area. Carolinas NOW is an advertising magazine, distributed via print and digitally with mobile compatibility. We provide maximum exposure, readership and response across the Charlotte Metro, including North & South Carolina.

I have been extremely active in this market for many many years  involved in Business Development, Marketing, and Community Engagement.  Our publication targets the strongest demographics and is a great way to give local businesses a platform to get their stories out.

I've lived in South Charlotte for a very long time and have the privilege of publishing "South Charlotte Neighbors" and "Waxhaw & Marvin Living" with Best Version Media.  We mail monthly family and community-focused magazines that shine a bright light on why this is a great place to live.  We provide local businesses with a multi-level platform (including digital) for targeting highly qualified and profitable customers in the areas we serve.

I'm originally from upstate NY- born and raised. I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in 2014 for 4 years to attend Coastal Carolina University. I majored in Business Management and specialized in PGA Golf Management. I graduated from Coastal in 2018 and immediately began working as a golf professional in Massachusetts. When I realized the work life balance wasn't what I was looking for I moved into the payroll/ financial space for almost 4 years before meeting Top 2 Bottom's founder at BNI. I've been with T2B since 2021 where I focus on growing our client base in both our Bookkeeping and Payroll services!

I now help business owners get ahold of their bookkeeping and payroll processes so they too can have a better work life balance!

Hello! My Name is Allen Viancourt, I am the Business Development Manager at Network Essentials! We work closley with local companies all things regarding their technology- from our Help desk, Network monitoring and behind the scenes updates, to protecting you from cybersecurity threats, we are your full Service IT department!

Sculanda Peterson, Business Leader, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, & Coach at ProHealthy Heart Inc, has nearly 24 years of experience in cardiology working alongside cardiologists using ultrasound equipment to obtain images of a patient's heart to give cardiologists a look inside the patient's heart, allowing them to be able to give a diagnosis and come up with an appropriate treatment plan.

With a focus on health & wellness; fitness, Sculanda leverages her unique background as a registered cardiac sonographer to help clients live a healthier balanced lifestyle to prevent from developing heart disease.

Cynthia Henry is a seasoned sales executive with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships. With a natural ability to understand customer needs, Cynthia prides herself on her communication skills and strategic approaches, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Cynthia is deeply committed to serving the Charlotte community, where she lives, works, and plays. Outside of work, Cynthia has been happily married for 40 years to the love of her life, Earl. Together, they share a passion for travel, kayaking, and enjoying Lake Wylie. They have two daughters, Hillary and Katie, with whom they have shared many cherished memories and adventures.
