During the event, Jonathan will discuss strategies young professionals can use to navigate the finance landscape. Outside of his professional life, Jonathan and his wife, Morgan, are proud parents to two sons — Lex (3) and Cal (1) — who keep them joyfully busy. 

Darcy Carson 

Director of Market Development | Northwestern Mutual 

Darcy Carson is the Director of Market Development for Northwestern Mutual Ballantyne, where she partners with ambitious young professionals to help them build intentional, long-term careers in financial services. Originally from Boone, North Carolina, Darcy is a proud Appalachian State University alumnus who is passionate about career development and leadership growth. At the panel, she will talk about how young professionals can advocate for themselves by recognizing their potential, challenge limiting beliefs, and take ownership of their career paths; often before they realize what’s possible for themselves. 

Amoura Carter 

Founder & Marketing Specialist | AC Creative Collective Charlotte  

Amoura Carter, M.Ed. is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of AC Creative Collective. With more than a decade in education and instructional design, and seven-plus years in project and marketing management, she helps entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and tells stories that move people to action. Outside of work, Amoura lives in Charlotte, NC with her partner and two kids (ages 6 and 2).
