Join us on October 14th for our 2nd Annual Community Impact Summit. This is an exclusive opportunity to explore meaningful ways individuals can engage with local nonprofit organizations throughout various personal and professional development phases. This event will feature valuable insights from distinguished leaders within Charlotte’s nonprofit sector, representing organizations of varying missions, sizes, and budgets.
These are unprecedented times for nonprofit organizations. Today, leading and supporting a nonprofit takes more than passion. It takes grit, clarity, and a whole lot of creativity. This one-hour panel brings together local leaders who’ve faced the unexpected and found ways to adapt, renew, and lead with purpose.
We’ll talk about:
• What resilience really looks like behind the scenes
• How to lead teams through uncertainty without losing momentum
• What it takes to future-proof your mission in a changing world
And more.
Whether you’re steering a small organization or influencing a larger philanthropy, this conversation is designed to leave you with practical insights and renewed energy. There will be a number of nonprofit organizations on hand to display their missions. We’ll also have time before and after the program for connecting and networking.
