After graduating with a degree in Finance (and a concentration in Risk Management & Insurance) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Jana entered the claims world. Starting in material damage claims, she segued into bodily injury claims and landed specializing in material misrepresentations claims. After seeing the coverage issues insureds face when they’re not properly prepared or sufficiently covered in a loss, she decided to move to the agency side to provide better support.

At Community One Insurance, Jana has continued to grow, assist and educate customers on insurance tailored to their needs.  Jana is an active member of BNI, the Charlotte Area Chamber, and is co-chair of the 2025 Women in Business group through the Charlotte Area Chamber.  She continues to focus and support like-minded businesswomen, and advocates for women's financial literacy.

Andrea Labadia

Spotless Cleaning SVC of LKN

Andrea Labadia is the founder and owner of Spotless Cleaning Services, a leading cleaning company serving the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas since 2006. Under her leadership, the company has built a reputation for delivering top-quality residential and commercial cleaning services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

In 2023, Andrea was recognized among Lake Norman's Influential Women in Business, highlighting her outstanding leadership and the pivotal role she played in her company's success. Demonstrating her dedication to the community, Andrea partnered with the nonprofit organization Cleaning for a Reason to provide free professional house cleanings to individuals battling breast cancer. This initiative reflects her compassion and commitment to supporting those in need during challenging times. 

Andrea now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina and is dedicated to providing environmentally friendly cleaning solutions, utilizing eco-friendly products and HEPA vacuums to ensure a safe and healthy environment for her clients. Susan Evren

The Go Jen Go Foundation

Susan is a Purdue University graduate with a degree in Business Management and Marketing and has more than 15 years of non-profit experience. Her role as the Executive Director for the Go Jen Go Foundation allows Susan to combine her passion with her work.


Susan’s involvement with breast cancer fundraising began after her mother-in-law passed away from stage IV breast cancer in 2004. The following year, Susan moved to Charlotte and got involved in Komen’s Race for the Cure, serving as the volunteer Race Chair for 2 years. In that role, Susan met Jen Pagani and immediately became a super fan of Go Jen Go!


Susan joined the Go Jen Go Board of Directors as the Treasurer, and in 2018 became the foundation’s first employee. She is grateful to serve as the director and help fulfill Jen’s legacy.


Susan is from Valparaiso, IN but has called Charlotte, NC home for 19 years. She is a happy newlywed and a proud mom of two awesome boys and a rescue dog. She enjoys running, hiking, reading, traveling, and volunteering at local running events and for other non-profit organizations that she holds dear to her heart.

Cristal’s career has been defined by her ability to drive sales, foster strong client connections, and create memorable guest experiences. She spent 13 years as the opening Director of Sales for Homewood Suites by Hilton in Davidson, North Carolina, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the hotel’s success. Her expertise extends across renowned hospitality brands, including Embassy Suites by Hilton, Residence Inn by Marriott, and Sheraton. Today, Cristal serves as the Director of Corporate Sales for Hyatt Centric SouthPark, a highly anticipated hotel opening in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Beyond her professional achievements, Cristal is deeply engaged in the Charlotte community, continuously expanding her network, forming strategic partnerships, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. Her dedication to excellence has earned her numerous industry accolades, including the Stellar Seller Award, Spirit Award with Hilton, and MVP status with Homewood Suites.

Hannah Davis

Uptown Funk Tour

Hannah builds arts audiences. With a Master’s from UNC Charlotte, she specializes in connecting people to rich cultural experiences. In 2020, she launched Queen City Culture Vultures, a Meetup group that has grown to over 4,200 members—now the largest independent community of local arts enthusiasts in the U.S.

Shifting from locals to visitors, she created the Uptown Funk Tour—a one-hour, one-mile guided loop showcasing Charlotte’s history, art, sports, and culture. In its first year, the tour became a profitable, 5-star-rated first stop for visitors.

She’s developed proprietary best practices in arts audience development and destination marketing, which she now plans to promote nationally.

Cassie Pinkham

Cassie Pinkham is a hospitality professional with 10+ years of experience in the restaurant industry. She has a passion for mentoring, continued education, and building meaningful connections. A multi-brand Sales & Event Manager with both Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse and Strip House Steakhouse, Cassie has been awarded the “Sales Manager of the Year” award for her professional accomplishments. She has successfully trained and mentored several industry professionals and strives to give back to her community through volunteering and community service.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Cassie and her mini-golden doodle Charli have called Charlotte home for 7 years. Outside of her professional career, Cassie enjoys art, a good DIY project, she is an avid traveler, and enjoys community - spending times with friends any chance that she gets! She brings authenticity and compassion to every project she is a part of and strives to support and build up others!

Tamryn Gromley

Tamryn Gromley grew up in Bloomington-Normal, IL and graduated from Butler University with a degree in Marketing. She began her career in the hospitality industry while working as a wedding planner at the Indianapolis Omni Hotel.  After spending two years working in hotel weddings, she gained a love for helping her clients bring their event to life.


Now, as a Venue Sales Manager with the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, Tamryn offers her clients an opportunity to host their events at some of the city's iconic venues, including the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the Bojangles Entertainment Complex. Whether it’s helping clients find the perfect space or making sure every detail is just right, Tamryn loves connecting people with the venues that best fit their specific event, in order to create a memorable experience that will have them coming back to the Queen City.


Beyond her work life, Tamryn, her husband, and their two cats, have called Charlotte home for a little over a year now. They just recently got married this past October, in Western NC. She enjoys reading, doing DIY projects, and traveling both internationally and stateside with her husband. She has a lot of ambition in the projects she works on, brings new perspectives to the table, and values the power of collaboration!

For over 13 years, I've had the pleasure of working at Adams Outdoor Advertising, bringing advertising campaigns to the Charlotte skyline. I live in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood with my husband Alex, our two amazing daughters, and our rescue dog, Trip. I’m excited to connect with and support the incredible women in Charlotte!
