This workshop is for frontline employees who do not manage people. The cost includes the $90 DiSC® Workplace Assessment Tool and a 20-page report.   

Great teams are built on understanding, communication, and trust. Achieving Team Chemistry™ is an interactive workshop based on Everything DiSC® Workplace that will help you better understand your own work style and the work styles of your colleagues. The workshop provides practical strategies for improving collaboration, reducing misunderstandings, appreciating diverse perspectives, and creating a more positive and productive team environment. 

You will be able to: 

- Understand your own DiSC® work style and how it influences your interactions with others. 

- Recognize and appreciate the strengths and contributions of different work styles. 

- Improve communication and collaboration with colleagues who have different approaches and preferences. 

- Build stronger workplace relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding. 

- Reduce misunderstandings and navigate conflict more effectively. 

- Adapt their communication style to improve teamwork and cooperation. 

- Leverage individual strengths and differences to contribute to team success.                                      

The assessment will be sent to you at least 9 days prior to the workshop and must be completed 3 days prior for the facilitator to be ready. Participants who do not complete the assessment by the deadline will be asked to participate in an alternate class.
