The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. This course focuses on recognizing the patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors and appearance that show there might be a mental health challenge. Participants are taught an action plan that they apply to non-crisis and crisis situations. (RSVP by August 11, 2022)
*Each participant must complete the online pre-work prior to the Virtual Instructor Led Training. This pre-work is self-paced and should take about 2 hours to complete.
