This workshop is for anyone who manages people (i.e. executives, senior leadership, managers, supervisors, etc.). The cost includes the $150 DiSC® Management Assessment Tool and a 20-page report.   


Great managers understand that employees are not motivated, coached or communicated with in the same way. This interactive workshop will help you to understand your own management style and learn how to adapt your approach to effectively lead employees with different work styles, needs, motivations, and communication preferences. 


You will be able to: 

- Understand your own DiSC® management style and its impact on others 

- Recognize the unique communication, motivation, and development needs of different DiSC® styles 

- Adapt your leadership and management approach to better connect with diverse employees 

- Improve employee engagement, communication, and workplace relationships 

- Deliver more effective coaching, feedback, and performance conversations 

- Reduce misunderstandings and manage conflict more productively. 

- Increase team performance by leveraging individual strengths and differences.     


The assessment will be sent to you at least 9 days prior to the workshop and must be completed at least 3 days prior in order for the facilitator to be ready. Participants who do not complete the assessment by the deadline will be asked to participate in an alternate class.
