Our workouts are 20 minutes or less. We build plans with the minimum amount of exercise needed to create the most change so you can work smarter, not harder!

The MSF Continuous Tension Protocol utilizes high intensity, low force strength training that is efficient, effective and SAFE. Our clinically controlled studios are 67 degrees, so you won’t sweat. No music, no mirrors, no intimidating social scene. Just a science backed workout guided by friendly, expert trainers that gives you results in minutes a week.
