Our culinary-driven menu is at the center of the restaurant experience, with food that’s chef-inspired but approachable. Our cozy bar provides an ideal setting for guests to gather and sip on a glass of wine or a delicious cocktail mixed fresh by one of our experienced bartenders.
What's in the Name
South End was home to Charlotte’s first railroad line in the mid-1800’s, connecting us to Columbia and Charleston, SC. “Link & Pin” is an old railroad term. A “Link” was installed on one railcar then, as the two railcars were joined, a “Pin” was manually inserted into the other railcar’s link, holding the two railcars together. Since we are in Historic South End and on a light rail stop, we felt the name Link & Pin was a good fit.
Dress Code
To ensure a quality experience for all of our guests and to meet our standard of service, we encourage our guests to dress in an elegant, upscale manner that fits our environment. Exposed or Visible Undergarments, Athletic/Active Wear, Hoodies, and Overly Exposing Clothing, are not permitted. We prefer no baseball caps, visors, beanies or printed t-shirts and always appreciate collared shirts and/or sports coats. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
