GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This is an entry level position in which the employee will perform general light maintenance service and repairs to rental properties and community association common areas. Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance field.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Perform all assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner and according to schedule

• Report any maintenance problems not written on work order to the Maintenance Coordinator

• Leave door hangers after every job if resident is not home when work is completed

• Minor dry wall repairs

• Interior/exterior painting

• Caulking

• Gutter Cleaning

• Service pet stations

• Replace light bulbs

• Check HVAC filters and replace as needed

• Grounds maintenance/janitorial

• General pool maintenance

• Other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
