Join the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the grand opening and ribbon ceremony of Ryder Park by Mungo Homes on Nov. 19, 2026! The new townhome community ideally located near Uptown Charlotte in the sought-after Plaza corridor. Tucked within a quiet residential setting, Ryder Park offers spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhomes featuring modern layouts and elevated finishes.  

This event features a fall festival-themed ceremony with lunch, prizes, and tours of the homes or models! Guests are invited to come out, connect with fellow chamber members, community leaders, clients, partners, and neighbors as we officially celebrate the occasion.
